McAlister Institute for Treatment & Education, Inc.
McAlister Institute has been providing services to the County of San Diego since 1977.

McAlister Institute is an organization dedicated to improving the lives of society’s underserved population. The agency currently serves over 3,750 men, women, children and youth each month. McAlister is respected throughout San Diego County for their work affecting the families and communities we live in.  While we are proud of the recognition we receive, we are most proud of the changed lives and gallant efforts put forth by those seeking recovery. The true awards come in the form of healed lives, renewed families, spiritual and emotional growth, and the productivity those in recovery can contribute to society as a whole.

McAlister Institute Mission Statement
